**Who We Are**

Hutton Safety Group is a progressive health and safety management consulting firm headquartered in Calgary with operations across Western Canada. We are the “in house, out-of-house” health and safety department for our clients. We use technology and automation to deliver our clientele efficient and effective programs that engage all levels of their company and remove the administrative burden of HSE.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating and managing new worker orientations and onboarding
- Managing subcontractor pre-qualification and preferred vendor lists
- Facilitating and managing site/project onboarding
- Review of incoming client documents (hazard ID’s, inspections, incident reports, hazard assessments, etc.) for corrective action and follow up
- Uphold task management software (Asana)
- Updating client documents and preparing presentations (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Monitoring web-based safety management system for record submissions, worker compliance, equipment management, etc.
- Drafting client communications (monthly newsletters, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc.)
- Collecting and tracking client data and documentation for analysis
- Assisting with RFP’s and bid packages
- Booking courses, health testing, training, etc.
- Managing worker certification reminders for coming due and expiring certificates
- Provide clients with reporting for preventative maintenance planning and coordination
- Incident Management close out and action item tracking and follow up
- Review and disseminate key vendor communications to client’s workforce
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned and required

**Expectations**
- Projects are managed in Asana in a transparent and organized manner. Asana projects are updated at minimum End of Day.
- All tasks are tracked in our time management software.
- Clients have a five-star experience when interacting with you and the company.
- All interactions are screened and handled appropriately, reaching out to the Operations Manager as needed for decision-making.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent working knowledge of and experience with MS Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with web-based tools such as Asana, JotForm, WorkHub, RingCentral, or similar would be an asset
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail - position entails working with a high volume of same/similar
- Ability to work under pressure and manage concurrent projects
- Comfortable communicating and working with all levels of our organization as well as external clientele
- Highly motivated personality that is conscientious and willing to learn and develop existing processes for further efficiency
- Commitment to continuously improve our processes and systems. We would love to see someone who is process driven thrive in this role
