**About the Role**

As our Café Bakery Manager, you’ll be the hands-on leader guiding the daily success of your store. You’ll foster a positive, motivated team while ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and a welcoming guest experience.

**Minimum 2 years’ experience** as a supervisor or manager in a café, bakery, or quick-service restaurant is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Manage daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and payroll
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Engage with guests and resolve any issues with professionalism
- Monitor sales, labour costs, and performance goals
- Help organize community events and local marketing efforts
- Foster a fun, respectful, and productive team culture

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality
- Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and passion for great service
- **Legally allowed to work in Whistler (Canada)**:

- **Holds a valid BC driver’s license**:

- Available to work full-time, year-round in Whistler

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
