Mothana Professional Corporation is a midsize accounting firm located in west Edmonton. We are seeking to hire a full-time Office Administrator to take care of various administrative tasks and greet clients.

Some responsibilities of the role may include:

- Company bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Reception
- Conducting calls to CRA
- Invoicing
- Other misc. adminisitrative tasks

The following skills are a desirable asset:

- Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Bookkeeping experience
- Customer service experience (phone calls, client management, etc.)
- Administrative experience
- Experience in an accounting environment
- Experience with dealing with CRA
- Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Caseware etc.
- Strong organization skills
- Strong written English skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
