**Customer Service Sales Assistant**

As a **Customer Service Sales Assistant, **you will be the face of our clients. You will interact with customers to bring our clients products and services to life You will create effective sales opportunities with each customer using the skills provided in our intensive training model. You will establish sales objectives which will contribute towards the overall success of the business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Meet sales, service, quality and productivity objectives
- Responsible for interacting with new and existing customers and clients
- Conduct needs analysis and provide advice to customers by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products and services offered by our clients
- Provide a high level of service, build relationships and provide accurate information and the appropriate solutions to new and existing customers
- Raise issues, concerns and trends to the leadership team
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, operational process and services

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a retail, customer service or sales role
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work/business experience
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate and must possess active listening skills
- Effective client record management, with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple day-to-day tasks
- Strong computer skills, and a general knowledge level of the MS Office suite of products
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
