**Office Manager**

We are looking for people with character, who like to learn, take ownership for work, and appreciate a candid, respectful, work environment.

Our Langley based team fabricates and installs curtain wall, storefront and office interior glass, for projects in the Fraser Valley and greater Vancouver areas.

Experience in bookkeeping

Strong computer skills and be proficient in a computerized environment

Organizational skills

Customer service and interpersonal skills

A willingness to learn and adapt with a growing company

**Job Duties**:
Booking:

- Input invoices
- Collect deposits, payments and AR
- Pay contractors & prepare time sheets and payroll
- Petty Cash, credit card and bank reconciliation
- Update benefits providers
- Produce project financial analysis and metrics
- Prepare and submit Stat Dec documents
- Track inventory and report
- Produce monthly financial statements

Administration:

- Maintain trade & phone lists
- Maintain office supplies inventories and place orders
- Coordinate safety training
- Update web site
- Support immigration of new workers, hiring, evaluating etc

**Salary**: $56,652.00-$60,949.00 per year
