**What You’ll be Doing**:
System Support
- Business Applications Owner - This includes:
Identifying and prioritizing system enhancements
Approving the implementation or change of functionality
- Perform intake process of inquiries from stakeholders; answer questions and offer solutions and processes enhancements
- Liaison between Operations Leadership Teams and Information Services for all incident investigation and resolution
- Track IS Incidents, Demands, and issues at various stages and report out to stakeholders
- Document Demand Requests and prepare supporting data and business cases for IS
- Perform user acceptance testing on completed system enhancements/changes and provide sign off for production implementation
- Prepare user documentation/Standard Operating Procedures for appropriate stakeholders
- Conduct follow up sessions to ensure changes are performing as required, Team Members are using as designed, feedback is documented for future requirements
- Report all outcomes to internal / External Stakeholders

Stakeholder Communication and Training
- Dealers, Zones, and Field Staff

Create and distribute all parts bulletins to Dealer network
Solicit Dealer and Field Staff feedback through in person visits (Genchi Genbutsu) to compile and prioritize future kaizen initiatives
In Person Training of field staff for Infostream Applications and SnapOn Electronic Parts Catalogue
- Parts Operations Training and Support

SAP - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Inventory Management (IM)
IBP - Demand/Supply Planning
- Other TCI Departments

SAP setup for new Suppliers, Dealers, parts storage, and distribution
Compile and distribute Month End Reporting for Parts Operations

Data Analytics
- Use industry knowledge, expertise, and skills to review multiple data sets and offer insights which can be used to support executive level decision making and strategic direction
- Partner with Operations Support team members to develop data and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Conduct and track implementation of initiatives
- Report results to multiple levels of Management
- Other duties as required

Industry Surveys
- Support, plan, and coordinate for single or multiple surveys with TCI stakeholders and our business partners
- Direct updates and changes to surveys by participate in working sessions with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) providing input specific to TCI
- Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance, report out to TCI Zones and Management Team
- Prepare and present summaries and analysis of survey data
- Conduct working sessions with Parts Operations business units to develop process or system improvements to address Dealer survey feedback
- Gather, track and support kaizen initiatives implemented to increase Dealer overall satisfaction scores

**What You’ll Bring**:

- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience (3 years operations data and analytics)
- Advanced technical skills including - Data Analytics, Power BI, SAP, and SAP Business Intelligence, Advanced MS Office
- Professional and customer service focused communication skills - both oral and written
- Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
