**Purpose of role**: Primary objective of building and maintaining a highly effective and stable network infrastructure.
**Responsibilities**
- Installs, configures, and maintains organization's network
- Builds and administers network and security components
- Performs system backups and recovery across the network.
- Designs and supports server systems and supporting software
- Installs new software releases, system upgrades
- Evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems
- Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity
**Education and Experience**
- Minimum 1+ years of network experience in a business-driven information systems environment
- Good working knowledge of RedHat/Unix/Linux systems
- Experience with SAN architecture, VMs, Hyper-V is an asset.
- Experience with O365, Exchange
- Experience with Cisco, switches, routers, VPN, TCP/IP, VLAN, TFTP, PXE
- Experience with RDBMS
- Sound knowledge of ActiveDirectory, DNS, DHCP, GroupPolicy and WINS
- Experience with deploying Windows workstations, updates, and apps
- Troubleshooting

- Proficient with personal computer productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and technical design tools such as Visio
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
