Experior Financial Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced, Accounting Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
- Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- HST Submissions to be done with your oversight.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance required.
- Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA) required.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience is an asset.
- 3-5 years using QuickBooks Online required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and other financial systems required.
- Able to work independently and solve problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to think critically and quickly to resolve issues.
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Must be able to take ownership of your work.
- Speaking French / Spanish considered an asset.
- Willing to learn French / Spanish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $74,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
