Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Guelph, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing sales strategies, providing solutions to meet client needs, managing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver results, and maintaining up-to-date industry and product knowledge. The role will involve regular communication with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including account management, prospecting, and customer retention
  • Understanding of electrical products and markets, with knowledge of industrial, commercial, or residential sectors being an asset
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills, including negotiation, active listening, and customer service
  • Organizational and Analytical skills, such as planning, problem-solving, and data interpretation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business needs
  • Experience in the electrical supply or distribution industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
