Mad Science Group Inc. has franchises located around the world, which bring science education to millions of children each year. Our mission is to spark the imaginations of kids everywhere through engaging science programs through our fun after-school programs, preschool programs, in-class workshops, camps, birthday parties and special events.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Franchise Development Manager, to assist our franchisees in their business growth and development. You will be successful in this role if you are the type that can easily establish strong and lasting relationships with our franchise community. Your role will be key to benchmarking milestones, providing support, coaching, and performance management for our brand communities. You will also be trained to assist them in all operational issues including HR, sales, marketing, technology, operations, and fiscal management. You will understand the life cycle of our franchisees and help them achieve their business goals.

Your Qualifications
- You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field in Commerce (Business).
- Strong business and financial acumen and business development capabilities.
- You can comfortably work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team environment but can also work autonomously as necessary
- You thrive on being highly organized & are good at keeping project timelines on track
- Technically savvy & advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Have 5+ years experience in a business development; franchise system experience is preferred
