Job Title: Franchise Development Specialist - Blitz Franchise (Greater Toronto Area)

Compensation: $50,000 -$60,000 base + commission (OTE $75,000 - 90,000+)

- Overview:
Blitz Franchise is a fast-growing firm that helps emerging brands scale by finding qualified franchisees. We’re hiring a Franchise Growth Associate to help match aspiring entrepreneurs with the right franchise opportunities and support our partner brands as they expand across Canada.

- This is a full-time, in-office position based in the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential franchisees through inbound and outbound outreach
- Understand the unique needs of each brand we represent
- Collaborate with our internal team and franchisors to support growth goals
- Manage and track sales activity through a CRM
- Help improve lead generation, messaging, and conversion strategies

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or franchise recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident speaking with leads over the phone and Zoom
- Organized and results-oriented
- CRM experience is an asset

What We Offer:

- $50,000 - $60,000 base salary + commission per signed franchise deal
- On-target earnings (OTE): $75,000 - 90,000+
