**Administrative Assistant**
Overview:
Daily duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Answering phones
- Filing, scanning and data entry
- Basic Accounting including Invoicing, A/P and A/R
- Safety Administrative support
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Access
- Data Entry experience, and attention to detail
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- A bookkeeping background and knowledge with QuickBooks is an asset
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift
- Organizational skills
This is a flexible part-time position.
