We provide outstanding service to our customers who return time after time to purchase exquisite pieces You will learn all aspects of our digital technology adoptions. We have advanced security in place to ensure the safety of our team members and customers.

As one of our Service and Repair Associate you will be responsible for the following:

- Process and manage jewellery repairs through Integrated Inventory Control and Point of Sale System.
- Ensure proper entry and completion of jobs
- Complete repair pickups
- Call or Text customer with completed repair and ensure the cost and retail prices are accurate
- Call or Text customer with jewellery estimates for Grimsby repairs
- Follow up with customers regarding repair estimates
- Provide detailed jewellery repairs and communicate between our two locations
- Process completed repairs from outside jewellers
- Follows all security protocols
- Contribute to providing a positive environment for all team members to prosper and grow
- Willingness to learn new tasks and support team members throughout all aspects of the company

**Qualifications**
- Previous jewellery experience in sales or repairs a must
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail is required

**Wage: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
