We provide comprehensive gem and sales training, competitive compensation, on-site parking, store discounts, monthly performance bonuses, and regular team-building events.  You will deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating thorough product knowledge and interacting in a friendly, enthusiastic, and supportive way, reporting to the Sales Team Lead.  The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs. Providing a selection of products for customers to choose. Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice. Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries. Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place. Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts. Store opening and closing duties. Promoting store sales. Working with Team Leads to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers. Assisting in digital product photography. Learning and understanding our in-depth digital point of sales system.   Qualifications needed Previous assistant managerial experience or senior sales person in a jewellery store. A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic. A strong desire to learn, not just sales, but other aspects of our business. Ability to learn products in a reasonable time. Tech savvy. Exceptional communication and time management. Proven experience in a team-based environment. Commitment to a “customer first” philosophy   As a Sales Associate you will be required to work a variety of days and shifts including some Saturdays.
