**How does the role impact the organization?**
**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Ensure the office is kept clean, stocked and organized, including common areas, kitchens, and supply rooms.
- Clean and set up boardrooms for meetings, including arranging furniture, setting up audio-visual equipment, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Assist in the planning and execution in office events, including setting up, arranging decorations, and coordinating logistics.
- Manage catering orders for meetings and events, ensuring timely delivery and proper setup;
- Provide backup support for the receptionist, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
