Returned Goods Coordinator Iii

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptive Returned Goods Coordinator with the desire to be part of the fast-growing Cardiac Ablation Solutions business helping us to ensure we exceed the safety and reliability requirements and expectations of patients, clinicians, regulators, and the business.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Register returned product within the global complaint handling database.
- Label and package returned product.
- Sort and merge documents/reports.
- Research, resolve, and respond to discrepant receipts from internal/external customers.
- Liaise with import/export analysts to support external shipments.
- Develop and maintain control registers for inventory of lab tools
- Maintain inventories of disposables and consumables used in labs
- Organize and prioritize workload

- Enregistrer la marchandise retournée dans la base de données mondiale de traitement des réclamations.
- Étiqueter et emballer le produit retourné.
- Trier et fusionner des documents/rapports.
- Rechercher l’information et résoudre les divergences et répondre aux clients internes/externes.
- Assurer un lien avec les analystes d’import/export pour offrir un soutien pour les expéditions externes.
- Développer et maintenir des registres de contrôle pour les stocks des outils de laboratoire
- Maintenir les stocks de produits jetables et de consommation utilisés dans les laboratoires
- Organiser et prioriser la charge de travail

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Post-secondary education with 4+ years of relevant work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a diverse group of people, as well as independently
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to attain results on several projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented.
- Self-starter.
- Working knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (including, but not limited to:

- ISO13485, MDD and 21 CFR 820.
