The Warehouse Stores Clerk is responsible for controlling inputs and outputs of goods, in compliance with safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive the goods
- Receive parts from the shipping/receiving clerk
- Check the quantity and description of goods received
- Find the appropriate bin number in the ERP system, or create a new one if necessary
- Save the transaction in the ERP system
- Place parts in the appropriate bins
- Collect the goods needed for production
- Become familiar with the list of items needed for each order
- Collect items and place them in the bins provided for this purpose
- Assign the material to the order in the ERP system to maintain an updated inventory
- Place the work orders in the bins and deliver them to the appropriate department
- Handle parts orders (orders for after-sales service)
- Go through individual orders
- Gather all parts required for the order
- Make sure the quality control inspector takes the necessary photographs
- Pack the boxes and route Warehouse Coordinator
- Handle parts orders (production)
- Receive part requests from production and check availability
- Create the stock exit orders and hand over parts to production
- Put back material not used in production
- Take periodic inventory
- Review the inventory report of the ERP system
- Perform inventory counts of bins and specify amounts
- Complete the inventory form and return it to the warehouse coordinator
- Meet Safety Standards
- Wear safety equipment and clothing that meet the standards
- Follow safe work practices when using the forklift and crane
- Notify the production manager of any accident or incident
- Keep the work area clean and tidy
- Perform the following additional tasks
- Participate in the annual inventory exercise
- Assist production employees to complete their tasks as required
- Perform other related duties as required
