The Original Spay Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers upon arrival and departure of their pets
- Answer the phone in a professional manner to schedule appointments, answer any questions, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Check-in and check-out pets with customers
- Enter data into the front office computer system (e.g., phone numbers, appointments, and other data)
- Performs other office duties such as filing, copying, faxing, mailings, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area (mailboxes, filing cabinets, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the receptionist or manager

**Experience & Education**
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/WordPerfect) is preferred but not required.
- Veterinary experience is highly preferred but not required.

**Benefits**

Pay: $15.00-$17.50 per hour
