**Full job description**

As our Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our company to a portfolio of stone fabricators, cabinet companies, and trade professionals. You’ll manage existing relationships and actively seek out new business opportunities. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move and making impactful connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit and manage assigned accounts regularly, ensuring customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with fabricators, cabinet shops, and other trade clients.
- Provide technical and product information to customers to support client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory availability, and logistics.
- Monitor, evaluate, and communicate customer sales results daily, sharing vital information with the sales group.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, going the extra mile for unique requests, and provide sampling and update their sample library.
- Demonstrate dynamic self-motivation and a hustler's spirit to grow and develop the business, working with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, requests, and new products daily.
- Design and develop innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the existing sales team to assist overall growth.
- Generate and submit monthly sales reports

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in account management or outside sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge from the building materials industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results driven.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage.
- A valid driver's license and car are essential for mobility.
