**Job duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Scheduling appointments and entering them into the computer software
- Reviewing and maintaining schedule for the day
- Handling customer issues and inquiries in line with company policy
- Communicating with field staff (notifying of new appointments)
- Updating information in database.
- Before closing down at night, make sure the schedule is reconciled and all appointments on all field staff are showing at the end of shift.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Hours**

Office Hours - Monday to Sat 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Work hours 35-40 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
