We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our team The client experience is our top priority, so this individual must have a positive, upbeat attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile Your roles will include (but not limited to):

- Communicating and collaborating with multiple team members
- Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers and customers
- Using a variety of web-based platforms
- Troubleshooting and resolving order obstacles in a timely manner, and always with a smile
- Ensure the client experience exceeds expectations
- Assisting with fulfillment duties if required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
