**About us**

Established in 2000, **Natural Life Nutrition Inc.** is one of the leading companies in the health supplement manufacturing and packaging industry. The company has been rapidly growing due to our strengths in our innovative products, quality assurance and customer service. We are searching for a highly motivated **Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Associate** based in our head office and manufacturing plant located in Burnaby, B.C.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and review software requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that changes to the system do not cause unintended consequences.
- Analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure that software meets quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Two
- or three-year college program in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing environment, with specific experience in tablets, hard capsules, softgels production preferred.
- Solid understanding of GMP regulations and quality systems.
- Proficient in performing analytical tests and interpreting results using appropriate laboratory equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electronic document management systems and quality management software is a plus.
- Fluent Korean is a great asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
