**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and food safety initiatives.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of incoming products, storage conditions, and handling processes.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including CFIA, FDA, and other applicable food safety standards.
- Investigate and document customer complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from quality standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct training sessions for warehouse and production teams on quality and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure ingredient and packaging compliance.
- Monitor and maintain product traceability and recall procedures.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and corrective actions as needed.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- You’re **hard-working** and **self-motivated**, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

- You’re **open to learning** and willing to contribute new ideas.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, CFIA, FDA).
- Experience with quality management systems and audit preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents)
