CWS Logistics Ltd is seeking the services of a shipping specialist to join our Winnipeg Head Office Location. We offer a fun and dynamic workplace and are looking for an individual with a combination of essential computer skills and an upbeat personality. CWS provides best in class warehousing, transportation and chemical packaging services to the clients within the agricultural industry.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for all outbound orders including quantities, and delivery timeframes.
- Using their keen eye to detail update shipments or receipt of goods in client systems.
- Assist in managing all outbound orders through the distribution network.
- Be the in-house expert on all shipping related activities throughout the organization.
- Communicate and administer shipping documentation/pickup timelines for the collection of items from various retails.

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary or recognized education equivalent.
- Detail oriented and willingness to learn and become a solution provider.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with data and data management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior work history with SAP.
- Two work related references.
