**Who are we searching for?**
- **We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a 12-month contract position to join our growing Future Transfer team.**_
- **Job Duties**:_
- Create and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Enter all production, transfers, and bulk receipts into appropriate computer systems and spreadsheets as required by customers
- Field customer orders, inquiries, and service
- Help manage warehouse inventory through customer demand
- Maintain accuracy of records through daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, record keeping and scheduling
- Assist in solving inventory, delivery, and order discrepancies
- Maintain up to date customer files
- Create Bills of Lading and prepare required shipping documentation
- Assist in warehouse operations, when required
- Providing the appropriate paperwork to customers
- Other related duties as required or assigned
- **Required Knowledge**_**:

- Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products, and other computer systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
- Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Related manufacturing/industrial customer service/shipping/receiving work experience of 3 - 5 years required
- **Working Conditions**:_
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
- Long periods of sitting, some standing
- Variable environment as may be required to spend time in the warehouse when resolving issues

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
