We have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and dynamic team player looking to gain experience in the insurance industry.

As a receptionist/administration team member at CMR Insurance Brokers your responsibilities will include:

- welcoming visitors/clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
- answering telephone, screening and directing calls;
- taking and relaying messages;
- providing information to visitors and callers;
- providing general administrative and clerical support;
- preparing correspondence and documents;
- processing policy renewals;
- sorting mail and deliveries;
- control inventory relevant to reception area

Good communication (both written and verbal), analytical and detail oriented skills are required to be successful in this position, as well as a strong set of computer and organizational skills.

Additional pay:
