**Showroom Host and Customer Reception**

We are currently looking for someone who shares these values to join the team in the role of **Showroom Host and Customer Reception** for our Hanover Honda Dealership.

**Role outline**:
As the Showroom Host and Customer Receptionist, you represent the dealership’s best, establishing the foundation of tone, professionalism and care extended by all team members. Your best-in-class attitude and sharp attention to detail will help establish your ability to generate confidence for customers and colleagues alike. You gain satisfaction by delivering and exceeding customer expectations by leading each conversation and interaction by being a champion of authentic and engaging customer service.

Your day is filled with a range of focused support, administration and service activities. Whether you’re helping customers connect with members of our specialized teams or finding answers to their questions regarding our many sales and service offerings, you’re ready to quickly share your knowledge and ensure we're offering our best.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years customer service experience.
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills with an ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
