The Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our Calgary team. This position will report directly to the HR Generalist, with additional guidance and support from the HR Director. This important role offers an opportunity to drive organizational success by supporting HR processes that empower employees and enhance workplace culture. What you bring...
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Progress toward a CPHR designation (preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Employee Support**:Respond to employee inquiries and assist the Director of Human Resources and HR Generalist with special projects.
- ** Recruitment Coordination**:Manage job postings, review resumes, coordinate criminal record checks, and maintain recruitment files.
- ** Onboarding Excellence**:Ensure new employees are set up for success by organizing onboarding activities, including IT access, equipment allocation, and training assignments.
- ** HR Data Management**: Process and maintain records related to onboarding, terminations, leaves of absence, and position changes with precision.
- ** Reporting & Analysis**: Compile and distribute reports to support data-driven decision-making and organizational planning.
- ** Compliance & Audits**:Conduct regular audits of HR records, identify discrepancies, and recommend procedural improvements.
- ** Documentation & Policy Development**: Draft HR-related documents and contribute to the development and refinement of policies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- ** Communication Management**:Oversee HR inbox communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive support to HR and Payroll teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance HR practices, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
