The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Canada Managing Director and be responsible for providing high-level administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. This role is a part-time position (0.6 FTE).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, ensuring meetings are planned effectively, handling any changes or conflicts promptly.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Project Management**: Assist with key projects, including research, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Event Planning**: Organize company events, off-site meetings, and team-building activities.
- **Expense Management**: Process and track expense reports, invoices, and budgetary documentation.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Diploma in business administration, communications, or related field. A combination of education and prior working experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar administrative role supporting senior leaders.
- Passion for and commitment to supporting the Christian Education community and its values.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with virtual meeting software (Zoom, Teams), and familiarity with design and graphic communication software (PowerPoint, Canva) is required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in employee benefits is a plus.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a bonus.
