**Job Description**:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the executive team.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Keep the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.
- Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers.
- Keep important information and documents organized physically and electronically.
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a related Administrative Assistant role from a large complex organization-
- Completion of post-secondary course and previous experience in a similar roleSolid keyboarding skills with the attention to detail-
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities-
- Capable of understanding and following written procedures-
- Understanding complex travel arrangements meet the Executives’ preferences-
- Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to work under tight timeframes on multiple initiatives, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness-
- Strong professionalism, ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the organization-
- Demonstrate integrity and trust by keeping commitments and communicating transparently- #Li-Hybrid
