**THE JOB**:Administrative Assistant, Practice Support**

The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.

Starting Salary Range: $45,037 - $56,297

Reporting to the Program Manager, Quality Improvement Practice Support, the Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Program Manager and as needed to the other team members within the QI Practice Support. The Administrative Assistant also ensures coordination across the various initiatives, projects and working groups for the broader PI team. This involves using a high degree of professionalism, working closely with a variety of stakeholders including Committee Co-chairs, Doctors of BC members, Doctors of BC staff as well as external partners and stakeholders to ensure meetings and documentation for the team are organized effectively.

Alongside these duties, the Administrative Assistant will also provide a range of support to the Primary & Community Care Transformation management team and the EQI department as needed.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- High school graduation and some related work experience; or an equivalent level of related work experience, education and/or training may also be considered
- Excellent writing skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive written communication
- Excellent judgment in setting priorities, identifying issues and determining action required when working under pressure and deadlines
- Superior interpersonal, oral communication and relationship management skills
- Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects
- Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations and conflicting demands, and to seek leadership direction and support with priority setting when needed
- Excellent computer skills using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team
