As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help expand our digital presence and drive our marketing efforts.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Optimize website content and product descriptions for SEO to increase organic traffic.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Monitor social media trends and make data-driven recommendations for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing campaigns that align with Dorato’s brand identity.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and their respective best practices.
- Experience with SEO optimization, keyword research, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to create engaging, on-brand content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and brand storytelling.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
