We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will work alongside our General Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness. The Sales Manager is expected to uphold and promote exceptional guest service by ensuring all hotel policies and procedures are followed, and will contribute to a positive, enthusiastic and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the hotel's standards and contribute to the delivery of consistent and exceptional guest service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
  • Identify and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with front office team to optimize bookings
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, and promotions)
  • Manage the hotel's brand positioning and market presence
  • Coordinate advertising, PR activities, and promotional events
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Review Arrivals Report daily and weekly and follow up with front desk for guest information and conduct follow up
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing or hospitality management
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems and Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
