- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for technology-related products.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to promote products effectively.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer retention.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when responding to customer calls.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Faire preuve d'excellentes compétences en communication grâce à une communication téléphonique efficace lors des appels clients. Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en maintenant un environnement de travail propre et organisé. Exigences Une expérience préalable en vente au détail ou en caisse est un atout. Excellentes compétences en service client, axées sur le développement de relations. Compétences mathématiques de base pour une manipulation précise des espèces et le traitement des transactions. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail. Capacité à gérer efficacement son temps dans un environnement dynamique. Le multilinguisme ou le bilinguisme sont un atout, facilitant la communication avec une clientèle diversifiée. Une connaissance de la vente de technologies et des démonstrations de produits est un atout. Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
