Food Handler Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver Food Handler Certification training in accordance with provincial health and safety standards
Prepare and present instructional materials in an engaging manner
Administer quizzes/exams and provide support to students as needed
Maintain accurate records of attendance and certification
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certified Food Handler Instructor (recognized by provincial authorities)
Experience in food safety training or within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Flexibility for both weekday and weekend sessions
**Summary**
As a Food Handler Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals on safe food handling practices and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively convey important information and facilitate engaging training sessions. You will also need to hold a valid Food Handler Certification to provide credible instruction. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing food safety standards within the organization, making a significant impact on public health and safety. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week
