We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing 1-on-1 swimming lessons for children with autism. Your passion for swimming, and ability to educate and inspire others will be key in helping our members develop their swimming abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Establish good relationships with children with autism
- Create personalized teaching plans and tailor lessons accordingly
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and coordination, and ensuring their safety and comfort in the water
- Demonstrate patience, attention to detail, and a gentle attitude during teching
- Communicate with parents or guardians to ensure a clear understanding of the child's progress and needs

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
