We are currently hiring multiple people for **two key roles** that offer long-term career opportunities with room to grow

**1. Skilled Framer (Apprenticeships Welcome)**

**Are you an experienced framer looking for your next challenge?**
If you have hands-on experience in framing and foundation components (or are ready to take your apprenticeship to the next level), we want you on our team We value skill, hard work, and a can-do attitude, and offer exciting opportunities to take on new leadership roles as your expertise grows.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and frame residential, commercial, and agricultural structures.
- Utilize your knowledge of framing and foundation components to contribute to high-quality projects.

**2. General Labourer (No Experience Needed - We Will Train You)**

**Ready to start your career in construction?**
If you’re eager to learn and passionate about working hard, we’ll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed No previous construction experience? No problem. We’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to advance in this exciting field.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support a variety of construction tasks including framing, foundations, and site preparation.
- Work closely with skilled carpenters and framers to gain hands-on experience.

**General Requirements for All Positions**:

- **Valid BC driver’s license** is required for all roles.
- A commitment to safety and quality on every job site.
- Ability to work in-person at various locations.

**About You**:

- **For the Skilled Framer**: Experience in carpentry and framing is a plus, but we also welcome apprentices looking to develop their craft.
- **For the General Labourer**: A strong desire to work hard and learn on the job is essential. Any prior experience in construction will be considered an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
