**What Will Your Mission Be?**
- Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
- Managing unpaid accounts;
- Initiating legal recovery procedures;
- Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
- Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;
- Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures;
- Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a collection agent.
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and persuade.
Ability to be polite and compassionate without losing confidence.
Professional knowledge of MS Office and databases.

**Competencies**:
Strong communication skills.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a team

This position can be stressful and requires great perseverance and a good sense of urgency. A collection agent must be able to maintain a balance between firmness and empathy to succeed in this role.
