**Overview**
**Mission**
- Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
- Managing unpaid accounts;
- Initiating legal recovery procedures;
- Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
- Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;
- Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures;
- Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.
**Experience** **and Requirements**
- You are Bilingual FR\EN
- You are interested in actively participating in the company’s activities;
- You are meticulous, rigorous, organized, and discerning;
- You have experience in customer service;
- You are comfortable with computer software;
- You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy teamwork.
