The Humberview Group is looking for an **Automotive** **Warranty Administrator** to join one our teams in Toronto.

The **Warranty Administrator** will be responsible for processing warranty and internal repair orders, as well as assisting with various duties at the service desk.

**Job Duties**

  • Respond to customers and answer warranty questions.
  • Submit warranty claims.
  • Close out all warranty work orders on a daily basis.
  • Handle customer contacts and inquiries.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims.
  • Maximize claim eligibility and reduce write offs.
  • Assist Service department as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**

- **1+ years of warranty experience is preferred.**

  • **Related experience in automotive service desk and or warranty processing would be considered an asset.**:
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience on CDK software would be an asset.
  • Reliable and disciplined - able to follow through on assignments.
  • Organized/able to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Accuracy and detail oriented individual.
  • Committed to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
