**Salary**:$ 40-55 K per/year
**Job Summary**:
Elite Bindery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Coordinator** to support our Production Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between customers and our production team, facilitating efficient order processing, and maintaining high-quality standards in our bindery operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Order Management**: Receive, process, and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production capabilities.
**Production Coordination**: Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule and prioritize orders, monitor production progress, and address any delays or issues.
**Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on order status and resolving any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of orders, production schedules, and customer interactions to ensure transparency.
**Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks on finished products before shipment, addressing any discrepancies with the production team to uphold quality standards.
**Logistics Coordination**: Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with carriers, and oversee the timely and accurate delivery of orders.
**Continuous Improvement**: Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role within a manufacturing or bindery environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in business or supply chain management are an asset.
**Skills**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with purchase order, and order processing systems is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
