**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging report and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions and resolve any related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Pay: $37,563.91-$61,254.89 per year
