We are currently recruiting for a **Quality Assurance & Control Admin** to join our team at a long-term client site in Fort Saskatchewan Reporting to the Insulation QC, this position will be responsible for maintaining and updating the project database and ensuring the accuracy of the QA tracker.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry and updating spreadsheets.
- Entering data into QA tracker and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Entering and tracking NCR and other KPI data.
- Scanning QA packages.
- Data entry for inspection details.
- Responding to information requests and retrieving data for authorized members.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education and/or 1-2 years of related experience.
- Experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance capacity is considered an asset.
- Experience with mechanical insulation is considered an asset.
- Health & Safety training is considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organization skills in order to meet various competing deadlines.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment with competing demands.
- Ability to display sound and accurate judgement, with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
