**Job Duties**
- Be present in all the meetings and training sessions.
- Track and coordinator all training related to the ERP system.
- Data Entry and Order processing
- Contribute to the design of ERP solutions to address business process issues or support changing business processes.
- Assist with issue resolution and root cause analysis related to ERP functionality, configuration, and data.
- Work with local employees on testing and training for enhancements made to the ERP system.
- Assist in maintaining system standards for cleanliness of data.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the ERP system.
- Providing support over initial month ends as required.
- Monitoring progress against scheduled timeframes throughout the implementation
- Ensure customer support is handled promptly and effectively.
- Follow up and coordinate with other departments.
- Prioritize and work on multiple projects and take responsibility for all communication to various stakeholders.
- Review current SOP’s and work with QA on updating to current Processes to include ERP.

**Qualifications**
- Two to five years of ERP experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project Management software or similar tool.
- Basic IT knowledge is necessary.
- Familiar with business process of the organization
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills; and,
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
