We are looking for a proactive Technical Specification Representative to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you will work directly with engineers, architects, and key decision-makers to drive preference for Armacell insulation solutions. You’ll influence specifications, provide technical support, and help deliver long-term sales growth across industries such as oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industry.

Job Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with engineers, architects, and asset owners to secure Armacell specifications and create pull-through demand.- Maintain influence throughout the full project lifecycle, coordinating with territory sales teams to ensure project success.-
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product features and benefits.- Translate customer and market needs into technical requirements to inform Marketing and Product Development.- Support the rollout of new products and drive awareness of Armacell’s insulation solutions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline (Business/Management considered).- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specification influence, or a related industry role.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a persuasive, professional presence.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools an asset.- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.- Bilingual (English and French) strongly preferred.

Posting Dates

September 16, 2025 - September 30, 2025.

The expected compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 -$85,000.00.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
