**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee new store openings, store audits, and store visitations and correct deficiencies noted.
- Take responsibility for training new franchisees in corporate training locations.
- Develop and perform training programs for staff.
- Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.
- Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region.
- Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory.
- Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to **3 weeks at a time.**

**Skills**
- Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, would be advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations are essential.
- Demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically overseeing a designated territory.
- Previous experience in multi-unit management is highly valued.
- Previous exposure to franchising operations is seen as a valuable asset.
- **This position entails regular travel within the designated region as well as across Canada**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
