**Description**:
Under the responsibility of the Area manager, the DC Coordinator will be responsible for both internal and external customer satisfaction, while respecting the rules and procedures of the
Robert Group.
- Responsible for the productivity and results of his / her team
- Responsible for the accident rate related to his / her team
- Responsible for training integration, coaching and coaching of its employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with a member of the Health and Safety committee and the Director of Operations, participate in any accident and incident investigation in their area.
- Maintain day-to-day operational dashboards
- Process Improvement Initiatives with a strong focus on Quality Control
- Follows up to ensure that the contract is respected (contractual indicator)
- Validate the compliance of new customer requests.
- Coordinate with supervisors and coordinators of various sectors to meet deadlines.
- Other projects and duties as assigned

- Computer proficient (MS Office)
- Working knowledge of Yard smart, Manhattan, Acuterm - asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Operations coordinator is accountable for providing the expected results to his/her immediate supervisor for the responsibilities that are listed in this job description.

**Requirments**:

- High school diploma
- 2-3 yrs of quality control experieince
- English (intermediate level); French (asset)
- Knowledge of transportation industry (asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
