**Business Development Manager**

岗位职责：

**商家拓展**
- 开发并筛选优质商家，洽谈入驻合作，确保符合平台政策；
- 掌握入驻产品的市场价格及商家在其他销售渠道的动向；
- 持续挖掘新商家资源，扩展优质商品，提升平台竞争力。
**上线支持**
- 指导商家完成资料提交、政策确认、库存准备及促销活动安排；
- 协助商家优化产品展示，熟悉平台操作，确保顺利上线
**合作维护**
- 与入驻商家保持密切沟通，帮助制定折扣活动及市场推广计划，提供数据报告；
- 关注重点商家的销售表现及其在其他销售渠道的动态，提供针对性支持。
**市场调研与选品**
- 分析市场趋势，挖掘新品类，为平台选品提供建议。
**跨部门协作**
- 与营销团队紧密合作，推动产品和活动上线及优化；
- 定期整理卖家反馈并提出平台政策优化建议。
职位要求：
- **经验要求**：2年以上销售、商务拓展或供应链管理相关经验；
- **语言能力**：中英文流利，具备优秀的听说读写及商务洽谈能力；
- **沟通能力**：具备优秀的人际交往能力，善于建议合作关系；
- **执行能力**：配合度高，行动力强，能高效完成交办任务；
- **数据能力**：熟练使用Excel及其他数据可视化工具，有数据分析经验者优
- 有加拿大合法工作身份
公司坐标：Markham, Ontario, Canada （需要全职到岗办公）
