**Position Overview**

**Ideal for**:
Individuals who have experience or studied Business Administration / Management or International Business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research, write, and edit professional documents such as business plans, grant proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure timely delivery of writing, research, and marketing materials.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and partners to gather information, align on project goals, and deliver high-quality content.
- Plan and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote services and events.
- Create and edit short videos and visuals for use in social media, marketing campaigns, and business presentations.
- Ensure all written and digital content is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Stay updated on business trends, funding programs, digital tools, and content strategies to improve work quality and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Business & Project Management
- Able to multi-task, is independent, and a team player
- In-depth knowledge of project management and business plan writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Oral & Written Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- University degree in related field or equivalent work
- related experience

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
