Guide customers through our issue resolution process and convey highly technical information to non-technical customers.
- Remotely connect to customer’s computers to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Identify stakeholder project requirements and offer our software as a solution to enhance their business processes.
- Collaborate across the team to ask the right questions and share information to resolve issues.
- Host and conduct product demos.
- Follow up with customers during the presale and post-sale cycle
- Train customers on how to use and configure our software.
- Create and maintain the technical documentation.
- Coordinate with developers to report bugs and escalate tier 2 issues.
- Lead QA testing with the creation of test cases and scenarios.
- Evaluate competitor software and demonstrate functionalities.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Interpret customer requirements, recommend solutions and participate in business analysis sessions with customers.
- Customer focused
- Organized & Self Motivated

**Software**
- Windows OS (Varies from Server 2012 - Windows 11)
- Networking - ports and routing configuration
- CRM system - Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk
- Cloud computing - AWS or Azure knowledge is a bonus
- Antivirus, SQL and Firewall usage & understanding
- Virtual Machine and/or Terminal server knowledge

**Hiring Process**
- Initial phone screen with one of our senior support managers
- Technical session to gauge skills and qualifications
- Final interview with Senior Leadership team
- Offer

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
